Looking for crushed car haulers in the Pacific Northwest. 340 mile run. Very steady work. My shipper and receiver are gentle and experienced. They know how to protect your deck. Looking for 53', 48's (3 axles) or B-trains...
Shipper provides netting, you provide your own chains, cables and donnage.
Cheers.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Well, you aren't going to be able to answer their PMs. You are going to have to provide more information for the drivers to contact you.
-
He might be able to PM since he has 7 posts. Still I doubt anyone will respond to an ad like this.
It has no phone number, location, company name, rate or any other information. There are far too many scams these days to call someone who does not provide information since this is the SOP of these scammers. -
How do you figure? -
Because us smart drivers don't fall prey for spammers or fly by night posters that come one here. Also I wouldn't think twice contacted you without any company info like a DOT # company name, etc.
-
Woah, easy there boss. I'm not trying to scam anybody. I guess I just didn't know protocol for advertising something like this... -
Company: CH Robinson (Seattle Branch)
Contact :425-603-9800 ext 1010
Rate: $1300
Loads are 48,000 LBS
Steady volume
Help me out with this lane and I will kick you other lanes and more volume as the project expands.BigJohn54 Thanks this. -
With all due respect, nine out of ten times an advertiser does not put the company name in the ad, when we do find out the name the company it has FMCSA scores in the 70's to 90's.
In addition, every week we see a couple of frantic drivers or owner/operators on this forum that answered ads like this on Craig's List and are trying to get paid for two or three weeks of driving.
And finally what is the purpose of an ad. It is to bring qualified perspective applicants to your door. If it is free, why would you not put information in it about what you have to offer and what you require. This will save dozens of calls from people who didn't realize they weren't interested and aren't qualified.
IMHO, there are only a few reasons to run an ad with no information. None of those reasons are desirable. Give this some thought. Maybe some people react to hype but informed minds react to facts. Are you seeking informed applicants or warm bodies with a heartbeat?
bullhaulerswife and rukshawmaster Thank this. -
Thanks for your advice. I've added the pertinent details it just won't let me edit my original post...
BigJohn54 Thanks this.
