Nothing because i call them on there BS right away i had a company tell me i would average 3900 miles a week with them and i laughed and said oh really then why is there so many drivers crying at your company that they are only averaging 2000 miles a week if they are all saying one story and he is saying another story who do you tend to believe? Bottom line do your reaserch yourself and if someone is saying things that are false question them on it just don't be a jerk and you will see a difference.

I was never notified that my application was accepted. Because we don't have a fax at our house, and they only reply by fax!!!!
Always follow up with a call.

The honest ones are the ones that don't try to sell you, they just tell you information like they're reading it from the employee handbook. Anything else is BS.
Just remember, a recruiter is never going to say, "Yeah, this place sucks, you won't get miles and the pay is lousy well before we try to shave more off your pay check but we'd still love for you to hop on with our team!" -
