I would look in US Express DAC section of this forum, as Arnold is owned by them and I'm sure they use a very close if not identical fitness test. There was a complete outline of what is required in this section.

" I heard they make you climb into a trailer during test "
Pretty sure if you cant do that....you dont need to be trucking!
Do your research.....both online and on the forum...its what im doing right now by the way -
Been searching for 2 days with no luck on the Agility test . I have a bad shoulder and just wanted to know from the truckers that went to Arnolds what they had to do for the test . Thanks for any help you can give me !

I did the test for Total last July - same deal, Total is an underling of USX like Arnold. You duckwalk for 10 feet, do a push/pull test on a hydraulic measurement instrument, and carry a milk crate with weight in it from an elevated position, cradled to chest, walk 20 feet or so, bring it back and lift it to the elevated position. Seriously wasn't hard.
If Arnold isn't already on E-logs, they will be soon - Total just switched, that's why I left.mrdaydreamr Thanks this. -
If you're running from 'E Logs' you can only run so far...might as well get used to it, figure out how to make it work, and deal with it. It sucks, but it is the future of trucking. If you keep jumping ship over it, it will catch you after a while. Just sayin'.

i would go with ARNOLD,, i use to work for ARNOLD (8 months ) there a pretty decent company i left them due to a medical and a home issue.ARNOLD will let you make alot of decisions on your own while your running that truck..plus there trucks are auto's.. which will work well if your sitting in traffic or running the north east ( which is what i ran N.E. ) AND IF YOU DONT LIKE RUNNING THE N.E oh well cause all of ARNOLDS freight is in the N.E. dont know why???? even the drivers that run super regional are allways in the N.E. AND CANT GET OUT!!!!!! YOULL GET THE MILES trust me.....
when i was there US EXPRESS had 60% and when i left US EXPRESS had 100%... BUT ARNOLD DOES WHAT THEY WANT TO DO!!!! the way they do there hiring process fuel, idleing, and home time ( never, never, never had a problem with home time ) US EXPRESS is the EVIL LORD but ARNOLD makes its own decisions when it come to ARNOLD DRIVERS OR ARNOLD TRUCKS,,,,
as far as the medical you have to do a duck walk and climb a latter missing the middle step and pull a tension bar also lift 75 pounds in a milk crate. sounds easy..... but there were people how failed the medical... ( those were the fat truckers,,,, LOL ) but that medical is really, really easy trust me!!!!!!
listen for a brand new driver ARNOLD will work for you. AND THEY DONT BREAK YOUR CHOPS IF YOUR LATE ON A LOAD.... i know cause i have been late on some loads...( BUT NOT ALOT!!!!!!) IM TRYING TO GET BACK WITH arnold right now.. after taxes i was bringing home $900.00 - $1000,00 a week.. there weekend DMS are kool as hell..really laid back on the weekend
so go ahead and go to ARNOLD MAYBE ILL SEEE YOU THERE....
