It usually mean's that you will be tested.

Wording's a little vague, but bottom line, YOU will do a wee-wee test, and pass, before they hire you.

The company is a small one the owner told me (I must provide a negative pre-employment drug/alcohol testing in accordance with the FMCSR) . I was wondering if I had to pay for this, because he said provide a testing. I just don't have the money to pay for the testing. The company has about 7 trucks and I really need the chance.
