    Bad idea i dont want no cops anywhere embedding with my truck they'll proly end up pulling me over.

    But will they give tickets out to the police officers cutting off trucks or driving dumb on the interstate?

    i live in Carson Valley, in Northern NV. and in recent weeks over 5 people have died in crashes on US 395, yet you don't see this program in operation in the area.
    The other Day the Douglas County Sheriff, and the Nevada Highway Patrol announced moving patrols to the area to enforce the traffic laws.
    The stretch between Minden and Carson City, it's not un common to see people doing 75-80 mph in the posted 65 mile zone.

    I think it's a good idea. Maybe should be mandatory for all rookies before they start writing tickets and making out accident reports.

    I think that the title is poorly written, and they mean that the officers are doing a ride along and reporting to CHP in cars to stop the offenders. They just did the same thing in Oregon, and it worked pretty well.
