How does percentage of load work? I think its based on the revenue of that load meaning you make % of what the company charges for the load? How does that work out...how do you know how much you are making?
Is this good deal?

BY law, if you are paid on %, then you are allowed to see the rate sheet comnfirmation that the customer signs and faxes back. -
ok that makes a little more sense. But if you are working for a company that pays perecentage of load...do you know before you accept the load or whatever how much youd get for taking it?
-
At the time the load is offered to you, they will tell you how much it pays.

I almost signed on to a company that pays 72% with NO FSC.
