Save A Life...Then Sue The Victim????

Does not surprise me in the least, considering how this country is going..
I can see it now.."I aint jumping in to save her from drowning, I might inhale some water." LOL

 

Disgusting. Truly is.

Suing people is the new thing apparently.

 

I would turn around and sue the two men for a frivilous lawsuit.

 

While your at it you might as well sue the county who maintained the road she was driving on, sue her vehicles manufacture for producing unsafe vehicles, and sue the weatherman that may have failed to warn her of adverse road conditions that may have been present at the time hahaha!

It sure is a shame. I just saw on the news recently, a woman caught on the security cameras walking through a mall, texting on her cell phone. She is oblivious to her surroundings and fails to see that in her path right in front of her there is a water pond surrounded by 4' glass barrier.

She walkes straight into the barrier, flipes over it as her bags in her hands go flying up in the air and she lands face down in the fountian, completely drenched with all of her bags and phone and clothes wet.

She is suing the mall, if Im not mistaken, for some funny comments two security guards made or something like that. Basically she got her feelings hurt, cause she was stupid, and wants money for it...

Am I wrong to think that this is for one halarious, (look it up im sure you can find it) and two we should put people like this on their own little deserted island somewhere nobody knows about and call it a day well done?

They have no case...If you run into a burning building, for example, you assume the risk...If the person didn't have the means or was not grateful with the means to reward you, you can close your eyes, what do you see, that's what you get...

 

If she wants to sue the car manufacturer, city roads dept and others that is her choice! I was just saying she as the right to sue the two men, who had no reason to save this women and did so knowing the consequences of there action. The two security officers should have been more professional but suing the mall over this incident is just has bad as the two men suing the lady after saving her.

 

Frivolous lawsuits, thats a major problem with this Country... Which in turn turns up Ins prices, which turns up cost of products or services...LOL Man, what a scam... I have much respect for the Judge that through out the case of the teen that was suing BK for causing her to get fat...LMAO Great job judge! I have NO respect for the judge that found MD's guilty of serving HOT coffee... That judge needs to be thrown out!

 

I agree! That judge along with a bunch of others...Jeez if they just replaced them with a bunch of us Im pretty sure we could come up with something better than what we got now.
