    nfl network has a deal as well, but for normal tv i use what my cable company comcast offers. Its call xfinity and i can watch every network show plus what ever movies are on the channels i subscribe to. For just normal shows try crackle.com or hulu.com

    NFL.com/MLB.com has live games on there web I believe but its a monthly service fee you have to pay,not sure how much tho.
