Ahh another true professional who only thinks about himself. Gotta love it. I m glad I am married to one trailer and don't have to deal with that stuff anymore.

it happens that way you have a p/p going from A to B, now you are close to C to go to D then your are close to E but if for some reason you can't do the A to B run you are to far away to go to C, so if you lose the first one you lose all the rest

we picked up one at fedex (irving) that had a brite orange sticker 8" X 11"
out of service next to the glad hands and fedex reloaded it...! took us 20min to find out it was out of service IN COLTON, CA. yard...! a driver took it, outbound let it go, fedex loaded it a driver took it and fedex reloaded before we said no. WE HAD to mske fedex cross load it and WE had to take the bad trailer to irving then go back to fedex to get the load.
just how POed do you think i was, i just wish they would charge drivers when they do stuff like this, can you say "log book violation" no pre trip..? -
Does USX give you folks a Bird Dog Fee for getting someone to join USX and drop your name in doing so???

There is an official Facebook page BTW and if you have a legitimate issue they will call... We used it once and within 30 minutes of posting my phone rang off the hook
Also I take pictures an email them to breakdown if a trailer is messed up

i've beed on the usx facebook page right after it started,
right now for what we do we have the same trailer for up to a month at a time so i make sure it's good ALL the time and yes i do a real pre trip everyday and use a tire gauge on all the tries, one tire low cost us money in fuel, something company drivers don't think about. and if ANYTHING is wrong it will get fixed that day, a little trailer breakdown can cost us alot of money if we miss r next load.
what drivers need to understand is that if you stop to have the trailer fixed (call breakdown) you will not get a service failure for being late and it's better than not stopping and then sitting on the side of the road for 2-4 hr's waiting for road service or being stopped by dot and getting an OOS on your csa.transportHER and Tomegg Thank this. -

Look for US Xpress drivers the one with a recruiting poster pic
Be aware if you post just to ##### they will ignore it but it is read by the higher Managers so be polite
