Y'know, I'm beginning to wonder about who I'm sharing the road with. OOOOoooo, headlights blind me. Ohhhh, they hurt my eyes. What the heck are you.... bats? Should I be carrying a cross and garlic?
My truck has daytime driving lights that stay on until I pull the dynamite switch. There's no way to turn them off as long as the truck's running and the brakes are off.
Besides, I ain't shutting any lights off in any truckstop till I'm safely parked. Too many people around there popping out between trucks, etc that seem to think there's a big red S on their chest. So close yer curtains (i don't wanna see yer mug anyhow
) or wear sunglasses.
trucker_101 and roadkill4512 Thank this. -

You can actually pull the breaker/fuse out for the DRL... They are under their own curcuit & it won't affect anything else.
You can't make me! -

So your the one who is always looking into my truck.
You weirdo!volvodriver01 Thanks this. -
Whyever would I want to do that? I want to be highly visible even in daylight just in case I meet one of you moon-bats with the weak eyes.

And Redd..... I wouldn't make you if they was giving away the kit and the crazy glue.

I leave my lights on in the truck stop, but on a nice, clear, full-moon winter night I like driving with them off.

Has no one ever been so tired after pulling over for the day that they forgot to turn off their headlights?
