    Alright guys I need some help. Im by far not a newbie..but the last five years have been an o/o...and I was leaseing on with little co.s that were loseing their but in the economy, so my job history stinks in this peirod. Im set up to just give up and go to Us-Express but wondering if anybody knows WILL THIS EFFECT ME AT THEIR ORENTATION AND GET ME SENT HOME...be fo that time fram my history was solid...iv had 4 jobs in 3 years
    can somebody please fill me in....I dont want to go up their for nothing....thx thx

    Ya if you talk to a recruiter be sure they review your app and go over it with you. I don't see it being a problem with most companies though.

    Not always the case,recruiters say one thing and then H.R people say or don't like your app and they send you home.Happens all the time..

    As long as the company can verify your employment while your at orientation then you should be good to go. So make sure you get your w2's or 1099's for the times you worked and current contact numbers for the O/O's you worked for. And give the O/O's a heads up that US Xpress will be verifying employment from them. You should be ok.
