    I am in the process of filling out applications for potential employers. I noticed that one of them is requiring that I submit a copy of my W2's for the last several years. Is this typical for a newbie driver? Or is this part of application for experienced drivers and I should ignore?

    On a separate note. In doing my due diligence on trucking companies listed on this website I find it a bit overwhelming. :biggrin_2558:
    I guess you just have to research your best and make an educated guess. Hopefully, I make a good choice so my first year isn't a really bad experience. Thanks for all the posts.

    To be honest I don't remember since I have been rifling threw sooooo many companies. :biggrin_2556:

    DOT requires your whereabouts for the last three years, even rookie drivers. W2s will help document that if they can't get your former employers to send back employment verification forms.
