Just was wondering 15 yrs with one company is a long time and sometimes. Change is good and sometimes it dosent work out the way you think it would.I myself thought tyson was one of the better companys out their.

 

You just posted more or less that it is the fault of the CSA program that you got written up. That's Bravo Sierra. Form and manner write ups have been around for years, and have nothing to do with the way they score the severity of that write-up according to the CSA point system.

 

it is nothing bad to say about them but I need more miles.

 

Dude all I said was csa sucks., its like me saying prime sucks, the violation was because the dot officer was a d bag. But according to you dot officers don't write anyone up for stupid #### right?

 

Ok I just went back and read all of Giantsfan post, Dude really you are not even an employee of JBS, any driver on ELOGS will not have that problem lol, No Need to write anything due to the computer doing it for you. Say what you will but On Friday I know what my check looks like and with my Vacation pay this Pay period was exceptionally good. Take home was over 2600.00 for the 2 weeks. More than I was expecting but that 10 days vacation pay was nice.

As for the CSA rules sucking nah, it will either tighten up the morons, or they will quit. And for those who do things right they have nothing to worry about. I still have a PSP score of 0 and in the time i have been with JBS I have had more level,1 and Level 2 inspections than I have ever had in 23 years of driving.

That piece of plastic with your picture on it is yours to keep, how long you keep it is up to you.
If you can not handle the truth and brutal honesty then I suggest that you mosey on over to the whining boards.

As for the Seatbelt laws it is funny I wear mine in the Rig, but at home I do not wear one primarily due to the fact that Harley has not engineered one and when they do I will go buy a Victory.

DeQueen rocks, love to sit in the back lot, the bathroom in the factory is awsome. lol
