    Hey just got off probation and got my cdl back in feb and wanted to kno if it well be hard for me to get a job it was a mistermener any help any company's I live in delaware any body around my way and do any body know about hy point here in delaware

    It really depends on what the misdemeanor was for, but generally you shouldn't be as bad off as if you had a felony conviction. The best advice here is the most simple - go and apply with various companies. The worst they can say is no.

    If you CDL was revoked that will make it a little hard. A lot of companies wont hire if it was in the last 3-5 years. You can go beat down the doors of the small companies in you area and might be surprised and land a great job doing local work

    If you were on probation for DUI/DWI you might have a tough time getting a driving job right now. Good luck though with your job search.

    Dui conv in last 5 years or at all can be a problem. Best advice apply and make sure you list if asked.
