Im a BCO, and i net more than 6Ok a year......
i have my own trailer, so my % is greater than a BCO who utilizes a landstar trailer.
Yes, i pull dry van.... -
My wife netted 62 her first year. I am driving with her now and things look better than our combined last year

Thanks for your information. A few more question if you don't mind..
1.Did you start off pulling your own van?
2. How often do get home ?
3.What part of the region do you live in?
4.Do you run all 48 or just certain regions?
Thanks for your help -
No i purchased a dry van after about 6 months
I go home EVERY weekend!!!
I live in Charlotte NC
I stay east of the Mississippi{although ive been to Kan city a few times}, and no further north than PA. -
LJbigtrucks,
We are still pulling a company van, but have budgeted for a new dry van next year.
2. With Landstar you go home whenever you want.
3. We live in Texas, but have chosen to run trips from Ca to NY and back -
Grab a flatbed or step if you can. There are endless loads and they seem to be paying better on our comparison charts then the vans. Let me know when you go in service. We'd love to put you to work if you're interested in our stuff.
