    Most everyone on here knows I have no love for Knight, I would absolutely love to see this company die a slow painful death and for the company brass to win an all expense paid vacation to the grey bar motel!!!

    I can second that out of Forbes magazine! Thats why knight is debt free! Lol and some of the accounts that knight has business with, actually have to pay out a percentage on royalty fees to swift..

    I guess i am still a rookie too but it sounds like a conflict of personalities between driver and office personel. I got 39,200 miles last quarter and havn,t had any problems with the office at all but I am not out of Phoenix or fontana so i cant speek for those. my lowest quarter in the last 3 years has been 29,350 so i am happy here.
    By the way, why would any time otr make you still a rookie?, my whole career has been otr. wouldnt drive local or regional for anything
