    Looks like just what I need - great forum!

    I'm 58 years old,and starting at a community college next month for their commercial truckdriving course.I am out of work,and job-huntin' ain't easy for someone of my age and "colorful" past with the economy like it is. I see a ray of hope as a trucker - there are more help-wanted ads for drivers than anything else. I just pray the OPEC boys don't shut off the diesel!:biggrin_25524:

    Thanks for the welcome! I've got a fair amount of "forum experience-" you're right about the grain of salt.

    I've noticed quite a few members here around my age who have recently started truckin'. Glad to see it! That encourages me.This is a mighty tough time to be lookin' for a job - at any age.
