Try to ask them where in the contract that it states where it would be reimbursed into your maintiance acct instead of being put into your settelment. We just ended up selling our truck. We were leased with another company. I had to agure with the company that we were with several times on several issues. So I asked them where it stated in our contract that we had to go by what they said. Well needless to say that they could not quote me the contract. They will try to blow smoke at you but always keep your contract handy for several reason. We learned this the hard way.

Wouldn't go with Swift. Will get paid very low. No more than .32 a mile. Also if you want home time for more than 3 days expect to pull everything o ut of your truck. Because that if you do when you come off of home time you will not get that trcuk back they will assing to someone else. Also I have heard that there is up to a 3 week wait on another truck. Even though that they have plenty of trucks sitting in the Phoenix and Laredo terminals. If you do choose to go with Swift the only terminal that I suggest is either Edwardsville, Ks or even mabey Denver. We were o/o for them. The Edwardsville Ks was the one that we liked most. But we were out of the Phoenix. Do not like this terminal.

Please explain why going with this bottom feeder (BFI) is your last resort. What? You just want to get bent over the tank in the middle of the yard? Call OOIDA or get a ride over to their office and ask them to show you whats wrong with their non lease but a rental contract.

Well if you want to call thier high priced sell's men guns they do
-
They might as well hold a gun to your head with all the lies.LIES LIES LIES!!!!! From what I understand they are not going to put in anymore company drivers, you have to lease or go home.
-
from what I understand they are no longer hiring company driver's, you will have to sign a lease to work for them. They need to get those trucks paid for and the insurance on them to
f course you will pay for most of thier fuel too. You will be WORKING for them believe me you will get nothing in return but heartache's. Working for free paying thier bill's,not your bill's.
