    Man I hit the motherload..lol
I am interested in Prime and looking at as many blogs as I can and I only have a few questions...none of them are dealbreakers but it would be nice to know .
1:The light trucks..anyone have some pics?
The reason I ask is that I desire to be a solo company driver and that is what I will prob. have. I would like to know if you can even stand up in the sleepers?..good to know if you are living in the thing.

2:How hard is it to keep within the fuel limits without an APU?
    Hope I read it right..APU?...generator deal..lol
3:Any info on the tanker division...That sounds like it is up my alley...but sounds and is are two different things.
You guys have touched on all those subjects, but it is hard for me to follow because it jumps from one to another.
Thanks...it seems like you guys know what is going on.

I'd guess probably not, then again a recruiter could answer that question better than anyone around here.

    Take a shot and ask.

You can stand up in the mini trucks, they aren't that small. They just have features to keep them lighter and cheaper. I.e. one fuel tank, one seat, one bed.

Almost every prime truck has an APU now. With Prime giving the mini truck to so many drivers, they have started putting the APUs on them.

My understanding with the tanker division is you have to drive for Prime for a while before you can consider switching to Tanker. As Tankers are more difficult to drive then reefers/flatbeds because the constant shifting weight.

    crazy4chrome Thanks this.

Hi, I'm new, starting training in a few weeks.

What is Prime's policy for Company drivers on what they can install in the truck?

What size inverter, or does the APU include power?

    TV/DVD?

    2 meter ham radio?

    Any other suggestions or advise?
