It's not as bad as people make it out to be. Just pay attention. George is a trip.

You want to know how TMC really is as a company, find anyone who was an Owner Opperator over at Yellowstone and ask them what they think.

Don't be too gung ho about TMC, seen a lot both here on the forums and during my time there have the same enthusiasm then have their bubbles burst. TMC is a good company and you could do worse. But it varies with some people how things turn out. I remember during my orientation a few guys who bought shirts and hats from the TMC store there their first week, thinking they had the job. They were gone before the second week started.

So remember a lot don't make it thru the two weeks for various reasons. Be smart, pay attention, don't act like a teenager away from his parents for the first time (you'd be surprised how many do act like that) as its basically a two week interview. Continue to show improvement and oh yeah they mean it when they say "Stay Of the Grass" and you should do fine. Good luck to ya and lots of good info here on the forums.
