Some truck stops wifi is great...others is crap (most are crap, especially in the evenings when traffic is high)Texas2Colorado Thanks this. -

I gave up on the internet card and went to sprint's hotspot. i would occasionally break the wafer inside when laptop fell off it's perch. hotspot will support more than 1 device.

You may look at the virgin card, they are 40.00/mo with unlimited. first 5gig is full speed, after that its throttled to 256k, they run on the sprint network.
But I plan on teathering my droid as well.Texas2Colorado Thanks this. -
is the mifi pretty much a wireless router that puts out a signal?
