    Dropped my load of French Fries from McCain's WI at McCain's ME... waiting to get another load of McCain's ME fries going south in the AM.... does this make sense????? nope... but they pay me for it. :biggrin_25523:

    And how much are you asked to do that actually DOES make sense? lol My point exactly lol Like hauling OJ from Florida to California, then hauling OJ from Cali to Florida... or hauling Chocolate to the Hershy's...

    Im in reefer right now, transfering over to flatbed after TNT is over in 3 weeks

    I am considering Prime's Apprenticeship Program...I have always wanted to drive truck, I would be third generation, and this looks to be the best way. I just want to make the right decision. Is Prime a good company to work for?

    Yes they are. I had never even been in a rig til I got to orientation... Now I have a class A CDL and can drive the truck myself. (Trainer said I could handle it alone, not just me) I have over 40,000 miles in and have learned a TON. You get one on one training all the way through. Plus you always have someone you can call if you need help

    Hope you haven't had to deal too much with down branches and flooding courtesy if Irene! Be safe up there! Did you get a chance to eat at the truck stop diner in Houlton?
