Headed for the best! TMC

Yes great advice. It is a 2 week interview and yes people get sent home the first to last days. I'm one who had a mixed bag of views of TMC while there. Check out my thread for a day to day look at those 2 weeks.

 

If drivers can't follow a simple rule of Keep of the Grass how much faith do you think they will have in you to follow other important rules. I look at things from both sides. I have been following rules my whole life, now if I end up at TMC and they do not want me to walk on their grass then I will stay off the grass. Why challenge a rule and lose a job.

 

Doesn't TMC stand for,-"The Marine Corps"?

My orentation class started with 45 people, 17 of us made it to a trainer. #1 pass the drug test, there was 5 people. #2 dont lie about your driving/criminal record, about 3 more. There rest was failure to show improvement or leaving on there own for personal reasons. Are they strict, yes. Are they fair, yes. Dont be an idiot or argue with george, nate or any one of the instuctors. Its not boot camp but your not home with mommy. Ive been with them since nov '10 and have had no problems.

 

Good luck to you. As far as trainers there are guys from around there who train. You might get matched up with some one from tn or ga. Mine was from md round the dc area, bout a 2.5 hour ride for me.
