EXP Logistics has had SOOO many different names that it's not even funny. They were Express Freight Inc, Express Freight Systems, they've signed on to Economy Transport, Mason & Dixon Lines and XRG Transportation. They run until the money is gone and either re-entitle or sign on to a big company. Lather, rinse, repeat. They tried forcing me into a lease/purchase with horrible terms. I said "NO!" and left. Glad you got out of there in one piece...those guys are bad news.

I would think if you put a physical address or locations of where they did work out of and names of the top people in that downtown office that might help any others who happen to fall for this BFI!
Heck eve if you could give their physical descriptions might help! -
Rollover, I dont know which company you are talking about but whether it is AAX or EXP, if some one is interested (and why would they be since 95% of my posts have been not positive?) most all of that information is in this thread already or can be googled. As for physical descriptions, hell, google Jamal Lewis, he's a former NFL star with his picture on the back of the #### trailers, LOL!

I don't want to "name names" but I know all of the people still at EXP. Anyone who wants information on them can PM me and I will be more than happy to let you know about them.
STAY AWAY FROM EXP LOGISTICS. -
Hmm. A comany that doesnt know where its trucks and trailers are? Wonder why?
-
If I'm not mistaken, wasn't their equipment repossessed ??

@Momstar : the "company" no longer exists except on paperwork. "its trucks" were never theirs, they were leased. A new company "Runway Transportation" is now on paper at the same Lakeland address, but someone else reports the terminal is now abandoned (it was also rented). Meanwhile, the crook owner, Jamal Lewis somehow had millions of dollars in May to allow himself to invest in a resort hotel :

Last week the court "debtor dismissed" the Chapter 11 procedings on behalf of AAX at their counsel's request meaning they are no longer protected from asset seizure which is what the repo man is trying to do now. Personally, given that I was one of the last to quit AAX in late June, I'm surprised all of the equipment wasn't accounted for - certainly none of us drivers would care to try to hold onto a POS six year old Volvo or a 15 year old trailer with bad tires, LOL! I think there were still about 15 drivers (out of 115 when I signed on last December) that were still on runs for the company when I walked away. They continued hauling loads for Publix and Coca-Cola but were getting them thru brokers so once the drivers began to jump ship in May, their revenue fell flat. Wish I knew where some of them were, AAX owes me $3800 in back pay and I'd gladly take some reward $$ !toothfairy Thanks this. -
to the repo man who posted last week and dissappeared, I may have a lead on several AAX tractors, contact me if you are legit.
