    i need help on where to go for help i quit westside transport,and i had them give me a voluntary resignation form so they wouldn't try to put sometimething on my dac report, now i was trying to run otr with cr england but they say west side got on my dac i was terminate, but i guess they forgot i got a sign copy of me and them so if anyone know how to go about getting this off please let me know.:biggrin_25516:

    They probably asked you to sign the letter of resignation to protect themselves from an unemploment claim. If you have a copy of that letter of resignation, present that to your potential employeer and use this as an example of how you are treated by the former employeer.

    thank you i do have a copy but i asked for it because a older guy there told me to get that before i quit because he knew other workers when they left they put some bs on their dac report but thanks again the other job said they will work with me after i fax them a copy but i still dont want that on my dac and its a lie. see they sit in a office. i drive to take care of my family. but thank you again

    i have the same problem ,, get ahold of a compamy that helps clear and dispute bad reports on dac. there are adds in the truck magazines at truck stops ,, the one thats helping me is called " hire right " . but there are many others
