I've spent the last month or so as a solo driver. I think you will be surprised at what I've been eating/living on for most of that month. I'm enclosing a picture of what I ate during a normal day.
For the month of September, I plan to increase the amount of protiens I get daily, add some variety, but still keep the calories/fat to a minimum. I am also hoping to add more excersize to my daily routine.
Since going to Millington, mentorship, and now a month solo,,,,I've lost about 30 lbs or more. I'm sorry I don't have better numbers to report, but I haven't step on a scale during the entire time! I don't really care WHAT I weigh,,,I just feel so much better.
