If they have a trainer on Thursday, that is when you will leave. Unless you clear it with Mike to go out on a different date. The sooner you go out, the sonner you come home :)

Unless you want to wait until Monday/Tuesday of next week when I come off hometime and get a load to Layton.

I would wait a few days for efron, solid training. Makes sense.

I'm a new student driver going to Pensacola for orientation on September 18. My recruiter is Lynne from Indiana, very nice lady.

You seem to be the right person to asks question about anything.

I've have a question, on the first day you have drug screen, and road testing. Road test consisted of Hard-U turn, a straight back-up, and 45 degree backing.
I heard that the terminal there is very small for these movement for a large truck. What advise can you provide for me on these type of truck?

Also, anything about the Howard Johnson hotel where I'm staying at? Its this close to the terminal?

I wished I could have you as a trainer, but I'm a non-smoker. Thank you.

Looks forward to hearing back from you soon.

I dont mind being a Newb or low man.... I have been there done that in the Marine Corps.. I just wanted to be treated with respect if I work hard... What do you think?

May is a great company to get your feet wet and experience. Id recommend it out of the other entry level. I believe he quit for a local job to be with his lady more.

Regarding Pensacola: Yes, the terminal yard is about the size of a rural back yard, but definitely doable (just did it on Monday). Tips: you will probably have to back at least once to get your tractor clear of a barrel in the U turn. REMEMBER and FOLLOW instructions at the start of the evaluation, including his tips on how to set up. AND watch your trailer with the tree and stump coming out of the 45 skill (you'll see what I mean). I live local, but I know that HJ is only about 5-10 min from the terminal. As for condition? No idea, but it's free to you, right? Good luck to you.
