TQL as a company doesn’t seem to have a way, or care, to handle this with agents. Not sure if the load confirmations come from each office and can’t be seen by the company or what. Most larger companies that have agents will not allow this and have a zero tolerance policy. You are not the first person that I have heard say they will not haul for them because of this reason. You can understand that a company will have good and bad agents. But it is unacceptable when company does not control this.

Trans Dynamics out of Norcross GA no good.

$400 load for 563 miles and treat you like #### and no one person will talk to you. Every time you call they will say the other person is on lunch and try to play it off. taking all day to book this load and then leaving you hanging to the evening time. Seems like no one cares for your time and services they are making an easy money.

I booked and load from GA to FL ( market rate is $2.97/mile according to DAT analysis. I booked it for 2.50 / mile
That's not a problem but he lied to me saying that this is small place there will hardley be any one there, but when I go there it appeared to be one of the largest shipper in Albany GA. They rejected my trailer for minor dust in one corner and would not let me use their broom to clean. Made me leave the premices to a truck stop on the highway and then when I came back, they started the whole checkup procedure again. took them about 6 hours to load.

I have only pulled 3 loads for CHR with rates from $2.15 - $6.25

My 4th load I ever pulled was from landstar from Independence, MO to Jacksonville, FL and have pull a lot more for them (have to keep that savings plus card loaded)

What is the actual policy and regulations on these brokers or there is none? They do whatsoever they feel like and get away with it. How long your authority has to be in business before you can book a load with them. I have talked to many one man show carriers they say, they started hauling for JBHunt immediatly. Whenever I call they say you have to be in business for at one year???? Can sone one forward this question to more people so that we can have a straight answer and deal with them same way. Thanks

Some brokers want 6 months some a year. CH Robinson pretty much will take a warm body (that may even be optional) as long as you have authority and insurance. Those rules are their company policy and can and do get bypassed based on the situation. I hauled for a pretty strict broker just a few months after I got my authority because I had a reefer in a market that they needed trucks. They checked me out (more than normal) and I got set up and hauled the load for them.

There are just so many scammers and people who really shouldn't be in business for themselves that get their authority that they have to protect their business. Advance scams are one problem, double brokering another. How would it look if they brokered a load to Billy Big Rig truck lines and the truck broke down in the middle of nowhere and Billy had no money for a tow or repairs? The broker is up a creek and is going to pay big bucks to fix the situation AND look bad to their customer. I guess they figure the 1 year mark kind of weeds out the weak new carriers and you are more legit and trustworthy after that point.

3 and 6 months is the norm. I laugh at a lot of These training companies. They want more time for safety reasons than most of their drivers have.

TQL has a lot of their guys doing "bait & switch". Post a load in Baltimore going to NY,NY only to find out that it is NOT in Baltimore for the pick-up, or in NY, NY for the drop off.
Expect to drive 20-50 miles out of your way on both.

Thats a LIE! I have had TQL lose the bills I sent them, and the so called quick pay isn't as quick as they clam it to be. Expect 3-4 days on what they call 1 day pay.
