    Stopped here tonight. I've been here many times before so my view isn't just from this visit. The service here is terrible. It's gotten worse every time. Tonight I waited 45 minutes for a shower. The water literally fell out of the shower head due to no pressure at all.

    So then I went to the Denny's. Again been here before. Waited 20 minutes and never had a server come to my table. Not even for a drink order. So I went to the front to get something to eat. I get a purple haired girl who takes my chicken tenders and fries and puts them directly into a shopping bag. No container or nothing. So I'm done here. Never will return.

    yikees.......that is not good.....have never been there with truck, but a car many a times.

    The Denny's I think just went in? 10 years ago it was something else I think, right?

    I'm guessing you mean the Flying J at exit 2 in Franklin. Been there, done that, will never go through that hell again. If I go through that area, I try to get to one of the Pilots at exit 6.

    That's the one. I've been to the Pilot at exit 6 before. Great service so I'll go there from now on.

    never been at the Pilots on exit 6...I will also try that one, as the last visit to the J, I was dissapoointed.....just remembered, that was where I took my kid in the stall for a pee, and there was underwear beside toilet in the corner...................YUCK!!!!!

    The Keystop across the street from PJ's is decent if you like BK.

    i think management of these places know that nomatter what kind of serv ice they give ,there parking lot will full toi capacity every night.:biggrin_25513:

    something about flying J always seems to be a crap shoot.. theres one up here near where I live that I went to with a car.. I was just buying gas and the card I had at the time was a prepaid card so I couldn't pay at the pump. I went in to prepay $10.00. The lady simply said, "use the card at the pump" like I was stupid and didn't know anything.. I explained to her that it's a prepaid card and they don't work at the pump. She replied "try it again" so I did and sure enough it didn't work just like I told her. So I went back in, keep in mind I was told to wait in line AGAIN.. I told her, Still didn't work.. she then told me that she couldn't charge me to prepay gas.. SHE ACTUALLY REFUSED TO SELL PREPAID GAS TO ME. So I said forget it and went across the street to the shell.. The shell was higher priced but at least I could get gas there.. took me 6 months before I would go back to the J but sure enough that lady doesn't work there anymore (gee I wonder why) and haven't a had a problem since with buying gas.. Hit and miss though with service at flying J's
