    Yup, if you have the IQ of a potato, you can get a "Class 1" licence to drive a truck up here in BC, and then you immediately take a truck to the border loaded with pot, when you know the border has the scanner! Hopefully, this nut will go to jail for ten years or so- that will take him out of the gene pool for a while so he can't pass his intellectual capacity or lack of, onto any offspring!
