Maybe you are right. But I came from a smaller company. I've worked for JB Hunt dedicated for 3 years and thats the only long term experience I have with big companies. They operated that way with giving the longer term people the newer trucks and first choice of the special runs.

So Tyson how have you been hanging in since you came on board. So are you a trainer? Haven't seen you post lately. Glad to see you still on board.

Oh Wow the KW's don't have the post on the back..UKKKK say it aint so.. Say it ain't so.. Doesn't look like I will be getting into a kw anytime soon. So I'll utilize my post on the back of my pete. They are heaven sent. But if and when I do get a new Kw I'll invest in longer jumper cables.

Maybe you guys warning of low battery is better then ours. Some times by the time you hear the low warning its 2 late and its dead. I'll look on the Volt meter in the sleeper, and it would be like 11.7 or 5.

My Inverter doesn't power my refrigerator for long periods of time. Just about 2 hrs or so. So I normally dont have to use my jumper cables as much. But when the inverter gets hot I guess it starts beeping like crazy. So I normally only use fridge to put water or something in it. I have seen most people say those inverters are 1500 and I believe mine is only 1,000 but does peak to 1500.

I have one of those big black and decker fridges that you get from sams. and It worked fine for about a year, but I think it has worn that inverter out. I don't have problems with inverter when I'm just charging lower voltage things like lap top. though. If you have those problems with your inverter let me know.

I am sorry if I offended anyone. That was not my intention.Yes it is true ,that I am a new hire. And what you have to go through at orientation to get the job at JBS,proves that it is a good company.I did alot of back round checking on JBS and found it to be a good company. They are 1 of the top companies. And no, with my experience I would not work for 30 cents a mile. But, I do know that is all alot of companies offer. What upset me was the comment someone made that new hires were just boneheads and seat warmers taking miles away from their husbands.JBS does not hire boneheads and seat warmers.I've seen that personally. If you read my threads you can see that we all have to be team players.I did not name anyone to bash. And I was not bashing anyone.Just stating JBS doesn't hire, seat warmers and boneheads,as one of you stated. So I guess I will be the send hate mail to perso. And again if I offended anyone I am sorry. Have a great day.

Well your new as YOU SAID and unfornuatley YES they do hire people in that catagory of boneheads and seatwarmers. that happens when you over order trucks and have a complusive need to fill them no matter what. This is a common problem when carriers get to large to quick. I am sure we could ALL( if we are honest) could name at least 5 right off the top of our heads that have been dealt with directly.

I don't care what research you did to come on here and be rude to a fellow employees wife and to act like in your LIMITED experience that your word is gospel is RIDUCLIOUS. and if you send that wife hate mail for speaking the truth your even worse than I orginally thought. And yes I was offended and this response of your does nothing to change that.

His experience with JBS is limited and it says right in the response he guess he will send hate mail DIRECTLY to the person who said boneheads and seat warmers. And how in the world is telling that women if she doesn't like her husbands miles to go get a job his beleif??? that is not a beleif that is just an arrogant know it all being nasty to another drivers wife POINT BLANK. thats just #### rude. Don't be sorry for me honey I am not the one married to him.
