    What if the 4 wheeler on the cell phone rearends your truck while your parked on the ramp making your call and kills themself and their passenger? I guess we should ban CBs and radios in trucks as well. As far as that goes no eating or drinking at all either. Where does it end?

    You can make all the rules you want but there WILL be accidents. I believe in using handsfree when talking on my cell phone, my choice and I feel safer. I do not believe banning cell phones, CBs, radar detectors, XM radio or anything else is going to do anything to make truckers safer.

    The ONLY reason the Gov makes these laws is for one reason and one reason only....

    That lets out a large percentage of Americans. :(

    We had a guy in the orientation I attended a couple weeks ago...that guy couldn't understand any english... He is on the road as we speak... Happy Trails everyone...
