Well it seams USX and SNI have something in common...

Why is it sooooo hard for Customer Service to get info straight???? I know they get the loads off a board most of the time but what is so hard about making a phone call and verifying the spicifics??? Like appt times, LV LD or D/H, what time the place closes and if the place has a lumper service? I know, I know,,,I have the phone number,,I could call and get the info I need as soon as I get the load, right? Roger that,,,will work on that..

What about a double booked load,,how often does that happen? And why do I keep hearing about someone going to pickup a load that has already been picked up? I guess that is kind of the same as double booking...mine was picked up before I got there but the driver was still on site...nice guy from Total

5200 to 5800 is a conservative number. Worst ever was 4200 and best was 6700
