Im in the MA area, but this truck is in AL, is a '98 very clean from the pictures right about the price range im looking at, but has 850k on it S60, the guy I spoke to said the engine with rebuilt a yr ago, I asked him if he had the papers for the work he said no, but he can run it on the dyno for me and send the results! i want to have a oil analysis done to the truck he gave a local # near the his place to call and have it done with them, but im thinking they can screw with the results or maybe working together? i need suggestions on how can i approach a long distance deal with a truck ? thanks

I do feel your pain though, trying to buy a good used truck here in the Northeast is tough.
All the ads and sites I scan are loaded with much better looking equipment down south. I am also in the market for a used tractor, something to do regional work with. But finding one in New England is hard.
