Are they still doing the ergo thing does anybody know? they are desperatley seeking teams ,an while most teams ,are husband an wife..yet they have that ergo that alot of women cant pass,,,,,dont get me wrong alot do pass it 3 out of 4 in my orieantation passed, but alot wont even try to drive here becuz of it, not being NEGATIVE here, just askin as my girlfriend would like to work here an team with me but dont think she can pickup 90lbs

 

LOL Why are they seeking teams. I had a few guys when I was there all in Kelly's kool-aid telling her how she can't run teams, and they had nothing good to say about team miles here.

Are they really going to make a woman pick up 90 lbs? I can't even remember picking up that much. I'm sure they are still doing it. So they can weed out people with prior injuries who will try to get JBS to fit the bill for the last guys mistake. I think most of the ergo stuff also weeds out people with blood pressure problems. I had a guy who had lost a finger or a couple of fingers and had all kinds of issues and he still passed.

Bring her on board bro. I'm sure a quick call to the recruiter might be able to tell you if women have to lift 90 lbs. There's nothing to lose really.

 

yeah man they have adds plasterd in all those trucker books saying they want teams, they pay pretty good to more than most 52 cpm, i know they make women pick up 90 lbs, i seen them do it, i just wonderd since new guy running things, if they still doing ergo.....not sure why they ever were doing it, your probly right to weed out people with injurys, not that many other companys do the ergo, thanks

 

I agree with you about being able to pick up 90 lbs. I know I can handle 50 lbs. as our dog food comes in that size bag. I would also like to find out as I would love to team up with mine. Stay Safe all

 

Don't know if Klye Bush fan is around or if any of you may know the procedure at Pilgrims Pride in Dallas. Address is 2411 Ferris Street, and doesn't seem like there is much parking. Is there a place that they drop trailers or do they live load you. Have an 8am pickup. Should I just go in @ appt time or get there early. Not going no where but to La Port so no big rush. Especially since i'm already made it to dallas area. in Ennis getting a trl wash out. From Google it dosn't seem like I want to go down that ferris street unless I have to. <<looks tighter then a jersey toll booth>> Any info would be greatly appreciated.

 

i havent been there in over a year but they use to make you park on the street a crack heads knock on the door non stop,,,, but maybe its changed now

 

After looking at the plant on Google, this would be a phone call to the plant before arrival. in and out as quick as possible.

Hazmat,prolly 2 late 2 help ya but DON'T GO 2 DALLAS at NIGHT! That is the hood/barrio. Make sure u call b4 u go. The drop yard is down the st (south) on ferris says ryder on sign,tighter than a knats arse in there,slide tandems all the way 2 front b4 goin into dallas. If u have a gps nocs laporte is easy to get to and they won't unld u till after 6pm tom if ur not there b4 2,I think that's right if I remember correctly. U will unld on east side aftr 6.
