Service does CDL grads and you must be 25 and Sunstate does not. Sunstate does have good equipment with APU's. They just got rid of their old Freightliner Columbias with MBE engines for Cascadias. Yes 32cpm is low but so are jobs in Florida. I have yet to hear anything bad about Bonus.
Here is the most recent thread I could find:

Yes sir I will. Stay nice and cold and avoid the ice sliding.
Let me say this to wannabe's or rookies in fl who want a sweet gig; They do not come easy. Be consistent and do follow ups everyday with your recruiters. Keep a journal on what is said and what you need to do. Have all your employment records from 10yrs, mvr print out, ss card that is NOT laminated. Trucking companies will not accept this and it can be pain in the arse to get a new one. Plus it sets you back on time you do not have while you are unemployed. Give two weeks with current employer before starting new gig.
Set goals both short and long term. If you are dead set on one trucking company and need to go to the worst or someone else of the bunch, do it until your long term goal position comes available. Write letters to that companies point of contact (recruiter or whoever does the hiring) explaining why they need you and how they could benefit from hiring you versus the other person. If you can, visit them and show your face. Sooner or later they will get tired of this and call you in for an interview. Some companies can be hard to get on with who have low turnover.
