Tried "The River" and it's just not working for me. No miles, too much sittin, stoppin at all the scales, dodgin tolls, and now it's Fri and I just found out that the checks are not done until Fri afternoon and it won't be in the bank until Mon. Goin back to my old truck lines.

I just laugh it off now, I'm trying to give it a year for work history reasons not that mine is bad just feel a year looks better then a few months.

Somehow missed the last page. Understand about the work history. One of the reasons I stuck it out at TA. -
It would be interesting to know how many drivers quit IRT in a year. Actually, how many get hired, and quit, in a year. I don't know of a carrier that has a higher turnover rate than IRT. There was a week, I want to say it was in March of this year, that 27 quit. (Per Wayne in Tulare)

back when i worked for Oakley and Para-Marine was still around you could prolly fill a cruise ship a week with the turn over between all the Florida juice haulers that being Oakley, Para-Marine, Bynum,Indian River and that was when you could still run and make a living off .22@mile with per diem
