This line of work, to have a medical problem as bad as cancer, is as bad as it could get. Medical wise.
Also, you need ot look after yourself, and cancer can be a tough thing to get by.

its hard to say. companies fire for crazy reasons sometimes. I had cancer but was not driving truck at the time. I had to quit working and go on welfare. I almost died so i am glad to be alive. I hope this driver is better health wise now. Always remember drivers, it doesn't always happen to the other person.
