No offense to the OP, but you're crazy man. Maybe it's because my father drove a Peterbilt 378 a few years before he passed away in '91, but the Peterbilt is the best looking truck, period. The attached photo is of a 2007 Peterbilt 379EXHD and that's pure sexiness! I will admit, I think the 386 and 387 are ugly with the rounder noses. BTW, I'm 27 so it isn't only the 40 and 50 yr olds who like these trucks.

I'm 25 and I love going to work everyday to drive my ex hood 379. The only Freightshaker's I don't mind is a nicely done classic. I had to drive a Columbia at 1 point for a week. Was the worst week of my life.

I'm only 20 (yes I have my CDL) and I like the look of the 379 andW9. I will say that some of the aerodynamic trucks look ok, but I would rather drive a Pete or KW with lots of chicken lights and that long sexy nose.

I REALLY like any truck that makes me the most money.

I have driven, and absolutely love the looks of a 379 long OR short nose. Ride was great too, even on super singles. It was a TMC truck and was my first driving job. But I have to say, as far as the bottom line is concerned, especially with the price of fuel, were I to own one for work, I'd probably end up with a "football helmet" aero truck. Maybe a 587 with a Cummins or something like that. Every penny counts. I'd just use my 379 as a show truck.
