I worked for Cox transfer for two years! Had no problems with them until one day I had an Accident were the big truck in front of me hit a car in front of him I hit him in the back of the trailer . The officer on the site did not issue me a tickit He said there was nothing you could do to get stopped the truck was towed the other big truck drove away .I set with the truck at a wrecker yard for a week! Then they arainged one of there trucks to pick me up!Went back to there yard and they terminated me.They said it was better for there insurance this way. Then they screwed my DAC report to where I can not get a job with any trucking company ! SO STAY AWAY FROM COX they will screw you over in the end for good.

What did they put on your DAC? And I'm not trying to to be a dick here but you were following too closely and anytime you rearend someone it's always your fault. There's no telling what's in store for Cox $$$$$ by the time that fourwheeler driver comes into court wearing a neck brace.

The OP never mentioned whether he went and gave a drug test or not. Could be why he got canned.

Drug test required by CDL holder if:

1). Injury occurs that requires treatment beyond the scene.
    2). Fatality
3). If one or more vehicles need to be towed from the scene.

It is up to the DRIVER to get themselves to a collection site within 2 to 8 hours to give a urine sample if one of those three things happen in an accident.
Should you NOT; someone may come up with an injury later on (i.e.-stiff neck), and sue the heck out of the driver AND the company AND the insurance provider. The company and insurance provider is NOT going to let that happen, and will cover their butts by canning you first and foremost.

You only have to get a drug test when a vehicle is towed IF you are given a citation.

You can clearly read he was tailgating. I see this all the time and wish it would stop. I always try to leave plenty of room for the what if. And cars take up the space. But at least I do my best.

I STILL don't understand your point.
Are you saying that EACH THREAD benefits ONLY the original poster, and ONLY at the time that they post it?
Gotta help me out here bro.....because, I thought information was information; that could help any given person, at any given time.
May not mean anything to YOU in your current life......but you are one of THOUSANDS that cruise this site.
