it depends on the company i think some companies that are self insured might look at you but i cant be sure most mega carriers might say no and what sucks by the time to drop off u might have to go thru training to get back out my advice go local most companies that r local look at ur mvr not dac they dont ask u dont tell but keep looking try prime or schneider cant think of any other self insured companies hope this helps and maybe someone has more info

Well, does it show what is and is not chargeable? If it does show this, I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
But were these in fact "reportable accidents," or were they "incidents?" If they were not what the DAC shows, you need to dispute it.
There is a school of thought that NO accident is not an at fault. But folks who feel this way generally drive desks rather than trucks. Unfortunately, they make life miserable for those of us that do drive.mgt1085 Thanks this. -
yes it does show what is chargeable. the other are incidents. i wasnt cited or anything nor have gotten a ticket for them. i do appreciate the advice everyone is giving me. right now im focusing on making myself a better driver so that i may be more aware once i get back out there. i will also check into those companies and i do not mind going back thru training i would find it most helpful in getting my driver skills polished.

Someone backing into you in a parking lot is pretty well exempt from being held accountable for. So you can erase them.
Not all companies use DAC. Many of the smaller companies don't.
The guidelines are set by insurance companies and what level the trucking company wants to pay for. I know many companies that allow no more than 4 moving violations or accidents in 3 years.
You're still in the ball game. If you are a new driver, it cuts your choices way down. But there is a company out there that will hire you. You just have to find them.
Go to some of these websites that advertise for 100 companies or so. They usually list the qualifications and hiring areas.
If that don't work, you can probably find a local rolloff, cement truck or dump truck job. I drove a dump one time. Didn't even fill out an application. Do you have a CDL? Yes. Okay, you're hired. Some jobs are simple as that. -
ok i appreciate the info will be checking into some of the local spots
