OMG!! I have so much info on the prostar...first off, if its streight out of the dealer...get it in the shop asap! They NEED to re-program the computer for the rpm gov. And the jake break holding strength. My rpm's now get cut at about 1900-2000, wich give me the freedom to shift at a comfortable speed going up hill! Really cool how they tweeked it. And the jake now holds about 45,000lbs at about 35mph in 7th on a 7% downgrade. As far as miles go, im doing about 2000 a week plus xtra pay on multiple stop lds. My avg pay is 900 a week, on sw6.

pre-pass, yes. Ez-pass,yes. pike pass, yes. JB hunt does not use comdata. You can get one issued and activate it if you need it for payroll. But there's no money put on it but your own. We don't use comdata at all...fuel, advances, and so on.

    Highgear Thanks this.

Glad I found this post. I am going to jb hunts orientation this tuesday in Dallas tx. I have saw on here that u can be turned away for not enough experience. I am currently with a trucking company ( not going to name them.) but it's not my cup of tea (flatbed). I drove for halliburton in 2008 for a year and most ppl don't accept them as OTR. I also drove for CR England on the lease program that was a big mistake. That was only for 2 months. And that was in 2009. The company I am with now I have been with them for a month. What do u think my chances of getting rejected for the job once I get to the orientation.?
