I know, not only did he sign back on under a new name, but he couldn't even be creative enough to think up an original name. Bill is gonna laugh his butt off!!!

Yes Joe did, and he even admitted to the fact that the website did not spell it out that way.
Also he did say that any repairs were to be good will repairs after you bought the truck, but some are saying he would not pay for any repairs after the fact. -
i was told 48hrs when i pick up our truck
-
Hope you received it in black and white to include a opt out period where you could return the truck if defective. -
You just dont know how right you are

Like flood said, the customers have 48 hours to get the truck checked out at the shop of their choice. We do put that in writing for them.
If someone is taking the truck from say, Omaha to Dallas to be inspected, there needs to be insurance on it.
If anything doesn't pass, we will fix it. If something doesn't pass and they don't want the truck we have no problem returning their money.bamanation Thanks this. -
I can't imagine anyone wanting to take a truck from Omaha to Dallas just to have it checked. There are a lot of places one could take a truck much closer. In any case, it is still the responsibility of the dealer to have insurance on the truck until the truck is sold. I would not sign a bill of sale or lease until I had a clean inspection from a mechanic or garage of my choice. Didn't one of the posters breakdown in Reno right after buying a truck from you? I think he posted that he bought the truck, drove 500 miles and broke down? Was that not within the 48 hours? I think that if you post or put something on a website that you should do what you say.
I know many people who go out and buy a truck don't have a clue when it comes to what to look for or how to competently make a good purchase decision. Many will buy most anything if they can get it financed. That is where so many get into trouble. They don't do their homework and are upset or surprised when they have problems. Many of these same people are not prepared for a major breakdown or expense. They then want to blame the dealer for their failure to do their homework. Perhaps I am a little old school, but when someone tells me something, I expect them to honor their word, whether it is written down or not. I also understand that these days it makes no difference unless it is in black and white to some people. -
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Just not sure how I feel about this wacko trying to imitate me.

G/MAN, You would be surprised how many people want to bring the truck to their home mechanic. Not a majority by any means, but there are some.
If something comes up it needs to be brought back to our shop to be repaired, which is why most people do the inspection locally. If they do a local inspection it isn't an issue.
If they don't want to do it locally for whatever reason then they need to get insurance on it to take it wherever they are going. -
With the high cost of fuel, it seems to me that it would be less expensive to have a local shop do an inspection if you lived very far away.
