lot of water in air tanks

    I have a 07 volvo with cummins isx, i see quite a bit of water in air tanks, i have changed dryer, did'nt help. compressor operation looks normal, air pressure build up time seems ok. any sugesstions what might be causing this?

    What model dryer, what type of trailer do you pull? Does the air dryer purger too often?

    its a bendix dryer ( this is the one that you can change cartridge as well), i pull containers mostly heavy.

    Sounds like then unloader line which dumps the moisture from the dryer is not working. Do you hear it unload everytime the air pressure hits the unload pressure. If you don't hear the unloader working check the line for obstructions or change the unloader valve.

    Yah, is the dryer actually purging at all?
