Chatham-Kent Police have released a description of the truck loaded with computer equipment stolen from a Tilbury service centre earlier this week.
The tractor-trailer loaded with Hewlett Packard computer equipment from Chicago was stopped at the eastbound Shell station near Tilbury at around 3 p.m. Wednesday when the driver was overcome by at least three and as many as five other men, Chatham-Kent police said in a news release.
The suspects took control of the truck and drove it to Milton, west of Toronto, where the trailer was removed from the truck and the driver abandoned in the rig.
