    Home weekly? No problem. We have 3 flatbed divisions. If you decide to stay out that won't be a problem either.... then I am going on the board and I hear... sorry; you will need to go in the national div... 4-6 weeks and home is just around the corner.... and the winner is prime....

    Virtually every company I have ever driven for has lied about Miles and Home Time.

    And I'm not talking about "off by a few miles each week", or "off by a day or two on home time"----I'm talking about, such a drastic difference between what they told you, and what you actually got.....that it was an obvious blatent lie rather than a slight miscalculation.

    If companies could/would stop lying about these particular two subjects, the industry would be a lot more tolerable (for me any way).
    I understand BOTH can be a little unpredictable with the fluxuation of freight and region....but come on.....don't tell me your fleet average is 2,700 miles a week....and I'm the only truck getting 1,900 consistantly!
    Also, don't tell me you get your drivers home every week, or every other week at the most.....and then it seems I am the only truck in the fleet that is sitting at a truck stop 400 miles from home over the weekend consitantly, weeks and weeks on end.

    TELL ME RIGHT UP FRONT WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR ME....NOT WHAT YOU THINK I WANT TO HEAR!!!

    Alright, these are some lines I got:

    We have all brand new trucks in our fleet.

    I must be driving the only truck with over 500,000 miles

    Tolls are reimbersable

    Only tolls that use E-Zpass are reimbersable. I have yet to be reimbersed on tolls that use K-tag. If routed on I-44 through Oklahoma I will bypass that toll and take US-71 ---> I-540 ---> I-40.

    We have a driver friendly lease program

    No one does.

    Our training program lasts 3 months

    I was done and in my own truck in 3 weeks.

    You will be home once a month

    In a year with the company, I've been home a grand total of 3 times for a total of 4 days.
