Human bodies? And no, being a bus driver doesnt count.
Weve probably all heard the truck stop rumors of "Knew a guy back in the 80s who hauled nothing but bodies blah blah blah"
See Ive been in LTL pretty much my whole driving career, havent hauled anything too interesting....So lets hear it.
And hopefully if you hauled them on a reefer you got a washout afterwards.![]()
Has anyone on here ever hauled......

You know Harvey thats interesting you say that there is a urban legend that says a 53' refer was hauling corpses and somehow the doors opened up somebody trying to steal cargo and when they saw it was all corpses they ran off leaving the doors open and the driver drove off into the interstate with frozen corpses falling out the back and other cars and trucks running over them and causing complete mayhem in the roadway....

I've hauled arse! Does that count?

The owner of my company is good friends with the owner of a company here in El Paso that builds exhibits for museums and arranges transport of those exhibits and other exhibits to and from El Paso. A while back one of our drivers transported the Bodies Human exhibit to Tennessee. He was stopped at a scale in Arkansas and received a DOT inspection. He passed but the officers requested to inspect the cargo. After seeing what was inside the inspectors were sufficiently creeped out to call it a day and send the driver on his way!

I've hauled human waste, doo-doo, poo-poo whatever you'd like to call it. It smelled like someone had died going down the road, does that count?

Years ago, when there was a heatwave in Chicago, and hundreds died, they stored the corpses in reefer trailers. I'm sure someone moved them.

Asked my trainer what was the weirdest cargo that he hauled. He said it was bodies.
