    Just an update:
    I ended up turning in the BOL after less then a week. I've still not gotten paid. She doesn't answer the phone, return calls or emails.

    I sent that letter to all the scale houses in Georgia, to DOT in Georga & Maryland. Department of labor in both Georgia & Maryland, but since she's say`n I was an independant contractor, they won't do anything. State Senators & Congresmen in both her districs and mine. Unemployment Insurance department of both states. Better Business Bureau in Atlanta. State Attorney's in both states. And several other agencies.

    I filed a SS-8 back in February, I spoke with the IRS earlier in the week. They said they are so back logged, I shouldn't expect a response for another five months.

    This week, I've hired a lawyer in the Atlanta area with the intentions of starting legal procedures.

    this is crazy. Please contact me. We are getting word out for all drivers owed money. She also charges you for the "Abandonment" and then writes off to IRS. Total violation. So much too say and whats so bad it is all true. Guess what the new kicker is James Ratcliffe is her "silent" partner and is a bigger liar than her. She is now on her way to Turkey today. She has ran with EVERYONES money. Give me information and we will include you and the 4 other drivers that have come forth in our lawsuit in small claims. As far as the lien on truck that can only happen at Clerk of Court. We tried and unfortunatley it was on the weekend. Hopefully we can atleast all be heard.

    Don't know who Ratcliffe is, but she is not gone. She still runs R&W Transportation. She did leave to return to Turkey, but as a vacation. She has been back for a while now.
