I watched 5 videos and there was only 1 video where the driver (bob-tailing) was clearly driving like a maniac. Most of his definitions of aggressive driving had to do with ramp speed, warning signs and a few justifiable and questionable tailgating, as most of the trucks in question were driving along with the flow of traffic.
I'm all against aggressive driving but to nit-pick and define what he thinks a driver should do and not do and to misinterpret laws pertaining to posted warning signs (these are suggested safe speed limits, not posted speed limits) suggests that this man has an axe to grind.
This person has over 200 videos of both day and night time driving, which tells me he has no kind of social life. Getting unsafe and unqualified drivers off the road is a noble cause but what this wanna-be cop, safety director, trucker is doing is trying to define what his definition of the laws of the road are while at the same time, putting others in danger with his aggressive driving and solo video taping.
In my opinion, it looks like he's building a video resume for future employment.

I was just watching some of this guys stuff on youtube. I thought he has got to be one of the biggest morons of the century so I actually posted about him myself. It's called Douchebag and a Camera: which pretty much sums it up. This guy is mental for sure.

I had a guy about 2 mos ago taking pics of me and my rig as I was going down the road. I'm not sure what I did or what his problem with me was but he was doing everything he could to get film on me and drive the car. He was swerving all over the place and causeing quite an issue to all of the drivers on the road.

The thing about the companies that hire this guy is that they are actually promoting bad driving by hiring a guy shooting video while driving a car.

Does anyone know if there is a site for the case against him.

I have seen a few of his from the posts here and have very mixed feelings on his tactics.
As far as shooting at someone...love to see how this one turns out.

    Thanks

I've seen some of these videos and they do catch some bad driving, like a Paul Arpin @ 80mph with less than 1/2 second following distance... I've also heard that these guys lose thier job when they are caught. I don't know that for a fact though. He is just as dangerous as some of the trucks he films I feel because of watching 2 gps units, a stopwatch, and a video camera..

Love how he points out the truck is speeding as he is going the same speed. I don't see how that kind of behavior is acceptable. This gentleman loses all of his credibly when he breaks t he law himself
