I am coming from the Seattle area can I fly there and get reimbursed for the price of a bus ticket. Will I be able to get a ride from the Airport to the Hotel? I do not want to ride the Bus for 2-3 days

That's a question for your recruiter. I think the overall vibe is yes, but you still need to clear it with your recruiter.

Yes you can fly. I fly from Portland into Chicago and then into Springfield. If I remember right they reimbursed me 10 cents per mile, I believe I got 220 bucks from Matt in orientation. Make sure your recruiter notes it in your file. You call the Prime shuttle and they take you to Campus Inn.

I have flown into Springfield many-many times on government business. Even with the Fed Govt. rate, airline tickets are expensive. SGF is a small regional airport with only a few major airline. If you are going to fly, I would suggest shopping now for the lowest price fare and coordinate the lowest possible fare with an acceptable start date at Prime. As I understand, Prime will reimburse you the price of a ticket via Greyhound.
